Craft your daily yoga routine through the ancient practices of Dinacaryā

Dinacaryā is not just about a daily routine, it’s about a lifestyle. Often we have been socialised into habits which do not necessarily support our health and practice.

Our morning routine, including Sādhanā (yoga practice) is perhaps the most important pillar in our daily life, setting the tone for the day. Yet sometimes our lifestyle and the nutritional choices we make, have us feeling sluggish, sleepy and we find it difficult to get up in the morning and feel fresh.

Āyurvedaḥ (आयुर्वेद) is a 5000 year old ancient science with knowledge of health, longevity and human existence. There are various tools at hand which can help support your Sādhanā, through aiding your digestive capacity.

The intention behind this programme is to explore a selection of powerful tools that you can experience in your daily life. Initially, this starts with getting to know yourself better by practicing self-observation. Through a series of live webinars, individual exercises, access to Brahmrishi School of Yoga classes and the group support, you will gain the capabilities to make gradual lifestyle changes and create a sustainable spiritual morning routine for yourself.

This course is run 3 times per year, in preparation for the peak of each Doṣaḥ season in Europe (June – Pittam, October – Vātaḥ, February – Kaphaḥ).

The prerequisite for this course is to have about 20 minutes per day to spend completing a self-observation journal for the entirety of the programme.

Course facilitator: Caroline

Caroline has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. After years of living and working in various parts of the world, she landed in the French Alps in 2015 where she met Irene and was introduced to the lineage of Brahmrishi Vishvatma Bawra Maharaj. It was then that she decided that she wanted to do something different and embarked on a three year yoga teacher training and ayurvedic massage and practitioner course. Learning and practicing Dinacaryā has enabled her to gain stability, endurance and depth in her Sādhanā.

She’s been teaching yoga for the past four years and has adapted to current times’ needs by teaching online to her students, including those at Brahmrishi School of Yoga. She has recently moved to Geneva and gives ayurvedic consultations and massages there and in neighbouring France. She would love to share her experience with you.
